· Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as courier partner delays, holiday periods, or natural events. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
3. Order Processing
· Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
· In case of stock unavailability or payment issues, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund your order.
4. Tracking

5. Damaged or Tampered Packages
· If the package is damaged or tampered with at delivery, please refuse to accept it.
· Take a video and 2 photos of the package and send them to the above email addresses within 24 hours of delivery for a hassle-free replacement.

o Orders refused due to non-payment of customs fees will be refunded minus shipping and any incurred duties or taxes upon return of the package.
